负责售前、售中、售后的现场服务，包括但不限于技术沟通、安装调试、检验维护、现场故障排除和维修，以及对客户的远程服务。

Main responsibilities 主要职责:

遵守EHS政策，确保提供的服务符合公司的政策和方针；负责新设备的安装和调试服务；为客户提供技术沟通，产品操作和维护培训；对客户的设备故障和现场维修做出快速反应，解决问题并恢复运行，如未解决及时向主管/经理汇报；快速反馈产品质量，进行分析和建议，协调相关团队解决现场问题，使客户满意；与销售团队紧密合作，为客户提供全面支持，推动业务增长。

To succeed 任职条件:

熟练使用办公软件；机械工程师熟练使用CAD/Solidwork软件；电气工程师熟练使用CAD或ePlan等电气绘图软件,熟悉一种PLC编程的基础知识，能使用C，C++语言编程。工艺称工程师熟悉磨矿，浮选和浓密脱水工艺基础知识；能看懂英文机械图纸和手册；能进行英语书写和口语交流。性格开朗，能吃苦耐劳；团体意识和集体荣誉感强。
