Introduction
We are looking for a Planner Coordinator to join our Market Area Sales and Service Mexico team. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting project execution, and ensuring effective communication between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders. You will assist with project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, documentation, and coordination of resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, you will report to the Manager, Field Service Mexico.

You will join a team of Field Service experts dedicated to providing solutions to Sales Manager and Customers
We collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sale Account Managers and Direct Customers. Our team culture is all about providing the best solutions for the customer and internal stakeholders. The members in our team are in Mexico.
What you’ll do:
- Resource Scheduling & Planning: Oversee the efficient scheduling of resources, ensuring seamless coordination of field service operations.
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Manage the purchasing process for necessary materials, tools, consumables, and third-party services to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Logistics Coordination: Handle travel logistics for trucks and pick-up services, ensuring timely arrivals and deliveries for field service teams.
- Agenda & Operations Management: Keep the weekly agenda up-to-date, aligning resources and schedules for optimal productivity and service delivery.
- FSM Work Order Management: Ensure all Field Service Management (FSM) work orders are created, processed, and scheduled according to company standards and best practices.
- Key User & Training Role: Take on the role of FSM system key user. Provide hands-on training, support, and troubleshooting for field service personnel, ensuring effective system utilization and adherence to processes.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience coordinating and managing service schedules, resource allocation, and project timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to plan.
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers, field personnel, and internal departments.
- Prepare and maintain planning reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Track work orders, service requests, and project milestones.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and implement solutions to optimize resources.
- Support inventory planning and material availability for ongoing projects.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Assist in forecasting workload and planning future resource needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems.
