Introduction:

 

We’re looking for a diverse and detail-oriented Project Manager to become an integral part of our Grinding, Bulk, Pyro, and Ferrous (GBP) Proposals and Project Management team. This exciting opportunity will put you at the forefront of managing Engineered to Order (ETO) projects, applying top-notch Project Management practices while ensuring global operational efficiency and long-term business growth.

In this role, you will be a impelling cause in managing and executing Principal Company Model (PCM) projects worldwide. You’ll ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget targets while aligning with our customer expectations and contractual requirements. Your role is vital in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to the profitability of our business.

 

This position is based in York, PA with the benefit of hybrid working possibilities.

 

What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead Projects to Growth: Oversee upgrades and modernization projects, ensuring they are well-staffed and align with customer expectations while meeting all targets.
  • Coordinate Scope Changes: Maintain strong procedures for scope change management throughout project execution.
  • Ensure Continuous Improvement: Oversee lessons learned, identify opportunities for enhancement, and provide feedback to stakeholders.
  • Customer Focused: Understand and efficiently address customer requirements.
  • Project Warranty: Assist with project warranty procedures and resolve issues as needed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Proposals, Technical Sales Support, Engineering, Purchasing, Sourcing, Logistics, and Field Services.

 


Who You Are:

 

  • Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience managing equipment delivery projects.
  • Possess a solid understanding of mining and mineral processing technologies.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and tasks, prioritizing effectively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or CAPM certifications are a favorable addition.
  • Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Experience with MS Project and a willingness to embrace new project management tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrate good influencing skills, decision-making ability, and a constructive mindset.
  • Experience working with international and virtual teams from diverse backgrounds.
