We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Proposal Solutions to lead the development of large-scale, multi-disciplinary proposals - bringing together technical, commercial, and service offerings into compelling, winning solutions.

  • Leading end-to-end proposal development for complex equipment and plant solutions
  • Shaping bid strategies, win plans, and value propositions
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, commercial, finance, legal, and supply chain
  • Driving early Bid/No-Bid decisions and ensuring strategic alignment
  • Developing pricing strategies, cost models, and commercial frameworks
  • Integrating aftermarket and lifecycle service offerings into proposals
  • Managing governance, approvals, and risk assessments
  • Engaging directly with customers through meetings, workshops, and negotiations
  • Delivering clear, compelling, and compliant proposal submissions

 

More about you?

  • 10+ years’ experience in mineral processing or chemical processing industries
  • Proven success leading complex technical and commercial bids
  • A degree in Engineering (Metallurgy, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or similar)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confident communication skills across global teams and customers
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for winning
