- Provide strategic and operational HR support across multiple Australian sites.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Develop, update and maintain HR policies, procedures and initiatives that support business goals.
- Participate in People & Culture projects that enhance the employee experience.
- Support onboarding, compliance checks, inductions and off‑boarding activities.
- Coach employees and managers through the annual performance and development cycle.
- Maintain HR records and deliver accurate HR and labour reporting.
- Promote continuous improvement by ensuring best‑practice systems and processes are in place.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager, ideally in manufacturing or multi‑site operations.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Fair Work legislation and industrial relations frameworks.
- Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Willingness to travel nationally when required.
