We are seeking a Regional Supply Chain and Planning Manager to join our Regional Supply Chain and Planning team. You will be responsible for the near-term demand and capacity alignment in the region, working closely with Sales, Business, and Operations leaders to ensure that our supply chain enables business growth. In this position, you will report to Monica Kussunoki, Director, Regional Supply Chain and Planning.
This position is located in West Perth but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What you’ll do
- Drive short- to mid-term planning (0–6 months), ensuring forecast accuracy, bias control, and supply-demand balance.
- Ensure capacity allocation decisions and trade-offs are made transparently, balancing service, cost, and inventory.
- Identify and communicate gaps and opportunities (e.g., capacity frees, demand shifts, lead-time reduction opportunities).
- Act as the primary partner for Sales, Business, and Operations leaders, aligning supply capabilities with commercial priorities.
- Validate feasibility of short-term demand against production, procurement and logistics escalating constraints.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain execution, including on-time delivery (OTD) and forecast accuracy.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, planning, logistics leadership roles, knowledge of S&OP process is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Skilled in negotiating trade-offs and making decisions under uncertainty.
- Proficiency in SAP and analytics tools; advanced Excel/Power BI.
- Strong leadership competencies: ownership, collaboration, communication, and coaching.
