We are looking for a Product Engineer – Digital Proposal Tools to lead the development and automation of key pre-sale processes such as cost estimation, specification review, and data sheet population. This role focuses on integrating engineering tools with digital proposal workflows and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline pre-sale activities and accelerate cycle times.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain pre-sale tools and workflows, ensuring accuracy and scalability.

Automate repetitive tasks in proposal preparation, reducing cycle time.

Integrate engineering design tools with proposal systems for streamlined data flow.
- Develop Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools adapted to the portfolio of standard and engineer to order equipment
- Assess and implement AI models and tools.
- Provide technical support and training for internal stakeholders on new tools and processes.
- Monitor tool performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on digital transformation projects within the proposal and product engineering domain.
- Document workflows, standards, and guidelines for proposal support systems.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Advanced Excel skills (including VBA).
- Strong background in developing AI tools and workflow automation solutions.
- Familiarity with engineering tools (e.g., Mathcad), CPQ platforms (e.g., Tacton), and system integration.
- Ability to design and implement predictive cost analysis models.
