Metso is seeking a Marketing Specialist with strong digital marketing expertise to join our Perth office. This role is focused on driving demand generation and campaign execution in a complex B2B environment, supporting long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and high-value mining equipment and services solutions.
You will plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to engage target audiences and support business growth. Industry events and technical forums are a key channel within these campaigns, requiring strong coordination of promotion, lead capture, and post-event follow-up to maximise impact.
You will play a key role in generating and nurturing leads, supporting pipeline growth, and aligning closely with Sales across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned to regional and global business priorities.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing through execution to performance reporting.
- Manage campaign execution across email, marketing automation, CRM, paid media, social, and content syndication.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage campaign execution, segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting.
- Own lead flow from capture through to Sales handover, ensuring accurate routing, tracking, and follow-up in Salesforce.
- Coordinate and support industry events and webinars, ensuring strong digital promotion, lead capture, and follow-up.
- Produce and localize marketing content end-to-end in line with global brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, delivering to tight timelines.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business needs.
- Track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance, driving measurable outcomes (lead volume, conversion, ROI).
To Succeed in This Role
- Tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing with a strong digital focus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud highly desirable).
- Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management, journey development and campaign reporting.
- Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere) is an advantage.
