Introduction

We are seeking an HRIS and Administration Officer to join our HR team on a 12 month contract. Based from our busy West Perth office, you will report to the Reward and Benefit Manager, APA. 

This role is immediately available and is a great opportunity for a professional seeking to develop broader HR skills and to progress their career with a global business.

What you’ll do

•    Preparation of letter and contract variations
•    Maintenance of employee records and electronic files
•    Ensure date integrity and accuracy within the HRIS
•    Preparing HR reports and statistics
•    Supporting with general HR issues
•    Respond in an efficient and timely manner 
•    Support with ongoing ad hoc projects 

Who you are

•    A high level of administrative skills 
•    Strong interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail – clear communication is key here 
•    Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office products including Excel
•    Quality driven with the ability to optimise processes
•    Adaptable with a passion for teamwork and service delivery
•    Comfortable investigating and asking questions 
•    Able to pick up processes and systems quickly 
•    Experience with Success Factors would be an advantage 
•    A degree or qualification in HR would be advantageous (not essential)
