Join a global leader shaping the future of sustainable minerals processing. We’re seeking a strategic, proactive, and forward-thinking Executive Assistant to partner with the President, Asia Pacific Market Area and leadership team.

This is more than an administrative role - it is a critical enabler of leadership excellence, organisational effectiveness, and regional growth. The Asia Pacific organization spans Australia and Southeast Asia, working closely with Metso’s executive team in Europe and around the world. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving collaboration, connection, and momentum across multiple time zones, cultures, and strategic initiatives.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy thinking ahead, and love being the trusted right hand to a senior leader - this role will energise and stretch you.

What Success Looks Like

You will:

  • Anticipate needs and make the complex simple - always thinking one step ahead
  • Partner closely with the President to coordinate priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Navigate and manage sophisticated international calendar and travel requirements (Asia Pacific + Europe/Finland)
  • Coordinate leadership forums, town halls, and key engagements across the region
  • Prepare executive-level materials, briefings, presentations, and communications
  • Build strong relationships with our global leadership community and internal networks
  • Handle confidential matters with utmost discretion and integrity
  • Drive follow-up and accountability across key projects and priorities
  • Create order, clarity, and rhythm in a fast-paced, transformational agenda

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting senior executives - ideally across complex, global organisations
  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and ability to operate with sound judgment
  • Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills - calm under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a collaborative, positive style
  • Confidence working across multiple time zones, cultures, and business environments
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and modern online and AI collaboration tools

Bonus if you’ve ever been described as:

  • “An air-traffic controller”
  • “The glue that keeps everything together”
  • “A strategic thinker disguised as an EA”
  • “An energiser who brings clarity and confidence to teams”
