You’ll play a pivotal role in embedding QEHS, risk, and sustainability into strategy and execution across diverse operations.

If you thrive in a dynamic environment, influence at the highest level, and want to shape a legacy of safe, sustainable, high-quality operations – this role will energise and stretch you.

  • Champion a proactive Health & Safety culture across manufacturing, service centres, field operations, and offices.
  • Elevate Quality as a strategic priority and business differentiator.
  • Lead Environmental & Sustainability initiatives aligned with global ESG commitments.

  • Build capability and foster collaboration across geographically dispersed teams.

What You Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality, or related discipline.
  • Extensive senior leadership experience in QEHS within mining, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environments.
  • Strong knowledge of international QEHS standards, ISO systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to lead cultural change and influence senior leaders in a complex, global organisation.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
