We are looking for a Team Leader, General Ledger to join our team in Vilnius.

Daily work management of the service delivery team(s):

• Manage daily service team operations, ensuring efficient task allocation and team composition
• Motivate and guide the team, promoting a culture of achievement and professional development
• Conduct fair and productive performance reviews, providing valuable feedback to all staff
• Maintain GBS performance standards, keeping the team focused and knowledgeable
• Build a collaborative, service-focused atmosphere that fosters team excellence and growth
• Work with Operations Manager and peers to optimize workload and resource use
• Prioritize stakeholder engagement and teamwork to ensure individual and collective success, aligning with organizational objectives

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid experience in accounting
• People management skills, customer service mindset
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Drive for creating high performance culture
• Solution and development oriented, problem solving skills
• SAP experience is an advantage
• Good communication and presentation skills as well as teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
