We are looking for a proactive, technical and service-minded System Key User, Cash Management (CM) to join Finance Systems Team in Vilnius. You will develop, maintain and optimize CM related systems, ensuring process automation and end user support.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary expert and point of contact for Cash Management systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of finance systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Kyriba).
• Collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to test, validate, and deploy system updates, enhancements, and new features.
• Provide issue resolution, follow-up, ongoing support and training to end users in cooperation with business, IT, and external partners within agreed SLAs.
• Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to optimize system usage, streamline processes, and enhance user experience.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, contributing as an expert of CM processes and tools.
• Collect and report data to internal/external authorities and partners.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and training materials to empower users
Basic requirements for the position
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, mathematics, accounting, finance or similar
• SAP experience is mandatory, Kyriba would be considered as an advantage
• A self-starter with solid understanding of electronic transfers and payment process
• Strong communication skills
• Root cause analysis mindset and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language
• Advanced written and oral English. Other relevant languages considered as advantage
