We are looking for a System Analyst to join Finance Systems Team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for ensuring stable operation and continuous development of Travel and Expense area related systems, driving improvements with a strong focus on efficiency, productivity, and user experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure stable daily operation, maintenance and continuous development of Travel and Expense area related systems and tools, proactively driving automation to improve process efficiency, accuracy and user experience. 
  • Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support prioritization of change requests based on business value and development capacity.
  • Act as a key liaison between business users and IT/ system owner development teams to ensure timely and accurate solution delivery.
  • Coordinate and support system changes across development, UAT, and deployment to ensure solution quality and usability.
  • Identify root causes of system or process issues and proactively contribute to improvement and harmonization initiatives.
  • Own user queries and incidents end‑to‑end within system scope, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Provide user guidance and support to promote effective system usage and adoption, and maintain functional system and user documentation.
  • Act as a backup for assigned colleagues to ensure continuity and stability of finance systems service delivery.

 

Requirements for the position 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience working with finance operations and finance systems (e.g. Concur) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and finance processes
  • Experience supporting system changes across development, testing (UAT), and deployment phases.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and explain technical concepts in user‑friendly language
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑service mindset
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
