In Vilnius, we currently have ~300 colleagues working in various roles, out of which 230 employees are in Finance Department.
As a Summer Trainee in Compliance Department, You will:
- Develop practical compliance skills by performing screenings and due‑diligence checks for Metso Business Partners.
- Build experience with compliance tools and systems, including screening platforms and workflow tools used by compliance teams.
- Strengthen analytical and regulatory understanding through involvement in regulatory monitoring and assessing the impact of new requirements.
- Improve communication and stakeholder management by collaborating with internal and global teams and enhancing problem‑solving skills.
- Learn to design practical resources, such as templates to support organization compliance activities.
- Expand cross‑functional business knowledge by working with teams across regions and functions to understand how compliance enables smooth business operations.
Basic Requirements
- Higher education (a recent graduate or current student) in Law/ Economics/ Business Administration or similar subject
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both verbal and written)
- Interested in having a dynamic and challenging work environment
- Proactive, service minded and details-oriented mindset
- Committed to personal learning and development
