Job Details

 

We are looking for a Service Manager (ServiceNow) to join Technical Development Team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for the stable operation and ongoing development of the ServiceNow platform supporting finance service management. Acting as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical teams, the position supports requirements definition, solution delivery, and user support to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure stable daily operation and continuous development of the ServiceNow platform for finance operations
  • Gather and translate business needs into clear system requirements and prioritize changes
  • Act as a bridge between business users and development teams to deliver solutions on time
  • Support system changes across testing, deployment and user adoption
  • Manage user queries and provide guidance to ensure effective system use
  • Participate in other cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience


Basic requirements for the position:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
  • Understanding of ServiceNow or similar service management or ticket systems (strong advantage)
  • Experience working with IT teams on system improvements or projects
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Strong understanding of what high‑quality customer service means in practice, with the ability to advocate customer service culture in system and process design
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented team player with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑service mindset
  • Advanced written and spoken English; additional languages are considered as an advantage
