We are looking for a Project Controller to join our new team in Vilnius.

Responsibilities

Oversee Projects period-end closing and validation process done by team, support with complex cases
Drive analyses of project performance and financial compliance
Ensure data quality and integrity
Lead standardized weekly/monthly project reporting package creation and improvement
Maintain, develop and implement internal controls for projects
Identify opportunities for process improvement regarding quality and control
Drive mini-team initiatives and development projects, facilitate regular status meetings to discuss progress and potential bottlenecks
Act as a central coordination point between Project team, stakeholders and leadership — ensuring clear communication, transparency, and accountability
Support business and maintain value-adding relationships with them
Other project controlling activities

Basic requirements for the position

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree
2-5 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical mindset
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization
Good interpersonal skills to become a trusted advisor for the business
Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
Can-do attitude
Advanced written and oral English
SAP and other accounting software and databases experience would be an advantage
