We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join Team in Vilnius.
The main purpose of this job is to ensure efficient procurement processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in areas such as supplier registration, document administration, purchase order creation, and end-to-end support for internal business colleagues.
Areas of responsibility
• Managing supplier registration in the Jaggaer Tool
• Continuous follow up with new suppliers on outstanding profiles creation
• Ensuring that all new suppliers are accurately registered and evaluated by processing requests from the internal business partners
• Support colleagues in accounts payable team with the supplier onboarding
• Maintaining a structured and controlled way of storing documentation, including contracts.
• Enhance cost control, cost approval governance, and process automation by increasing purchase order coverage.
• Providing comprehensive support for end users throughout the procurement process.
• Participate and contribute to process improvement and harmonisation initiatives
Requirements
• Higher education degree in Finance/Accounting is preferred
• Supplier management experience preferred
• Understanding of procurement processes
• English is mandatory
• Required good interpersonal skills for dealing with suppliers and internal staff across all levels within the organization
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant technical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Solution oriented, problem solving skills
• Structured, organized, diligent and conscientious individual
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments
