We are looking for a Process Developer, Business Partner Master Data to join the team in Vilnius. 

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve current/new processes, system fuctionalities;
• Focus on a new, streamlined Business Partner (BP) solution project;
• Identify opportunities and drive digitalization, automation and use of smart tools together with the finance development and Global Process Owners;
• Close cooperation with respective stakeholders (Sales/Procurement/Finance);
• Facilitate communication with process owners and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption of process improvements.
• Train, support and guide end users and process participants;
• Prepare and maintain process documentation: SOPs, process maps, user guides.

Basic requirements for this position

• Understanding of Business Partner Master Data processes;
• Strong communication, solution oriented abilities;
• Analytical, problem-solving and project management skills;
• Proactiveness and continuous improvement mindset;
• SAP, other accounting software and databases experience;
• Advanced written and oral English;
• Lean Six Sigma considered as advantage.
