We are looking for a Process Developer, Business Partner Master Data to join our team in Vilnius. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain knowledge of related regulatory frameworks and policies;
  • Internal and external benchmarking of process;
  • Drive digitalization and use of smart tools together with the finance development and Global Process Owners;
  • Drive automation in GBS processes, identify opportunities, deployment of use cases;
  • Focus on developing a new, streamlined Business Partner (BP) solution;
  • Consulting and supporting operational teams in resolving complicated, repeating (process) issues related to systems, processes, policies;
  • Process standardization and development within GBS site organization in close co-operation with respective stakeholders (Sales/Procurement/Finance);
  • Coach and facilitate other teams to identify improvement opportunities, and create a “continuous improvement” mindset in the organization;
  • Act as Key user for finance system(s) within own process area;
  • Focus on developing and testing new functionalities of the systems;
  • Define and develop performance measurement (KPIs) for specific processes, secure connection with the other processes and follow up on performance;
  • Ensure the process documentation is in place and up to date;
  • Monitor and ensure Global process compliance by engaging with internal stakeholders and service providers;

 

Basic requirements for this position

  • 24+ months of Business Partner Master Data experience;
  • Process expertise, process analysis skills;
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end process(es);
  • Solution and development oriented, problem-solving skills;
  • Project management skills;
  • Lean Six Sigma;
  • SAP, other accounting software and databases experience;
  • Advanced written and oral English. Other relevant languages would be an advantage.
