We are looking for an Operations Controller to join Controlling Team in Vilnius.

 

Responsibilities

•    Control and maintain inventory master data and inventory valuation processes. 
•    Manage inventory scrapping, obsolescence provisions, burden rates, and WIP calculations. 
•    Ensure accurate financial transactions, inventory valuation, and reporting. 
•    Participate in month-end closing activities, validations, and accounting analyses. 
•    Perform Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet analysis. 
•    Prepare monthly reports, financial analyses, forecasts, and projections. 
•    Monitor business performance and key operational and financial KPIs. 
•    Maintain and improve internal controls, financial policies, and compliance processes. 
•    Evaluate business risks and provide financial guidance to stakeholders. 
•    Act as a trusted business partner, supporting finance-related processes and decision-making. 
•    Identify and drive opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and quality enhancement. 
•    Participate in projects, audits, and development of new tools and solutions. 
•    Maintain process documentation, knowledge base articles, and process maps. 

 

Requirements
•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar business degree.
•    2-5 years of relevant experience
•    Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
•    Strong analytical mindset
•    Fast learner
•    Flexibility
•    High level of responsibility, detail-orientation
•    Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
•    Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English
•    SAP, Onestream, Power BI and other finance software and databases experience would be an advantage
