We are looking for a Finance Systems Lead to join our Technical Development Team in Vilnius, who will develop the Key User network, improve customer experience, and data usage concept to ensure efficiency and consistency across all finance systems.
 
Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the team responsible for different finance-related systems.
•    Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, feedback, achievement, and continuous learning.
•    Lead and coordinate the Key User network (including Global Process Owners, developers, and operations teams)
•    Drive continuous improvements on finance systems in use, ensuring alignment with business needs.
•    Define and maintain a unified, intuitive, and user-friendly customer experience across all finance systems.
•    Act as the primary contact for external system providers, managing relationships and ensuring service quality.
•    Support new system implementations and lead negotiations with external vendors.
•    Ensure availability of accurate, easy-to-use, and reliable data reports for stakeholders.
•    Analyze unresolved issues and escalate them to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
 
Basic requirements for the position
•    Degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
•    Understanding of finance systems and data management principles.
•    Leadership experience in managing teams and driving results.
•    Demonstrated ability to design and deliver exceptional user experiences.
•    Experience in system implementation and vendor management.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
•    Proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.
