We are looking for a Content Specialist with a strong emphasis on copywriting and localization management to create compelling and targeted content across various channels, such as social media, email, websites and print media.


The Content Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with Market Area / Business Area marketing teams and product teams to create engaging marketing and sales assets. These include but are not limited to: Web pages, articles, ebooks, blog content, adverts, sales presentations and brochures.

 

Please note that the focus of this role will extend beyond content creation, to incorporate a campaign-centric approach, ensuring that the materials resonate across various online channels and digital formats. Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

 

Areas of responsibility
•    Produce written content: Create compelling and targeted copy and visuals to fulfill the brief across various channels.
•    Manage the asset life cycle: Oversee the end-to-end process of content creation, ensuring adherence to global guidelines.
•    Stakeholder communication: Manage the assigned work queue and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
•    Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other Content Studio team members to meet brief requirements and ensure cohesive content delivery.
•    Localization management: Adapt content to suit different markets and cultures, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
•    Customer feedback and engagement: Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to enhance customer engagement.
•    Time management: Candidate must be able to manage their own work time responsibly, to ensure projects are delivered on time and efficiently. 

 

Requirements
•    Proven copywriting work experience and written content production skills.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, Journalism or proven track record in the relevant field.
•    Native or native-like English language skills are a must; knowledge of other languages, especially Finnish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German, is a plus.
•    Familiarity with localization and translation management tools.
•    Working knowledge of content authoring tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
•    Hands-on experience with marketing automation, social media management and/or web content management platforms (especially Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Optimizely Episerver) is a plus.
•    Ability to collaborate in multi-cultural and multilingual environment.
•    Service oriented and strong “hands-on, getting things done” attitude.
