Job Description
The purpose of this role is to maximize Metso profitability and performance through assurance that new account holders are not high-risk customers and do not have restrictions or negative activities that would impact their opening of a new account or any other transaction. To ensure effective business partners due diligence practices to pro-actively identify areas of risk.
Areas of responsibility
- Verify documents, KYC questionnaires and supporting documents of legal entities; where necessary consult by phone or email;
- Own business partner due diligence process with the close cooperation with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Global Compliance teams and etc.);
- Managing Compliance database;
- Continuous follow up on outstanding screening reports, risk scores and approvals on the Compliance Tool;
- Track and monitor the progress of all existing and new business partners and their transactions due diligence and submit necessary reports;
- Participate and contribute to process improvement and harmonization initiatives, transition projects.
Basic requirements for the position
- Knowledge of Compliance due Diligence/KYC process;
- Advanced written and oral English. Other relevant language would be advantage
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and other relevant technical skills;
- Analytical skills, high attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with customers, Sales Account Managers and internal staff across all levels within the organization;
