We are looking for an Automation Analyst, to join our Technical Development Team in Vilnius. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between finance operations and RPA Factory
• Handle change requests and coordinate with RPA Factory
• Identify opportunities for automation together with business
• Create and maintain documentation and support UAT
• Create and maintain local RPAs
• Support end user and issue resolution
• Lead RPA initiatives
• Promote a culture of technological curiosity and continuous learning across the team
• Assist with rollout of internal applications

Basic requirements for the position

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, mathematics, accounting, finance or similar
• 0-5+ years of relevant experience
• Customer service mindset, problem solving skills
• Proven track record of RPA development experience
• Teamwork and co-operation skills in a cross-cultural organization
• Knowledge of accounting processes would be a strong advantage
• UiPath, Power apps, ServiceNow, SAP and other software and databases experience would be an advantage
