Job Responsibilities

 

  1. 负责合理安排仓库各岗位人员的工作任务

  2. 负责部门组别内和部门之间的沟通协调

  3. 处理部门内部工作遇到的问题及异常,包括但不限于SAP系统异常和现场异常

  4. 负责对库存进行分析及合理利用系统及面积

  5. 负责组织部门内部的风险评估及相关日常的管理

  6. 定期组织员工进行盘点,并对差异进行分析及指定改善

  7. 完成上级交代的其他相关工作

Requested skills and abilities

 

  • 精通仓库日常运营流程(收、发、存、拣、退)。

  • 熟练使用仓库管理系统(EWM)和办公软件(尤其是Excel用于数据分析)。

  • 具备良好的库存管理知识和经验。

  • 至少 3年 仓库工作经验,其中 1-2年 为仓库基层管理经验

  • 具有良好的沟通协调能力及一定的英文水平

有以下条件优先考虑

  • 有在自动化或高标准仓库(如电商、快消、制造业)的工作经验。

  • 了解精益生产或持续改进方法。

  • 有参与或主导过仓库流程优化项目的经验。
