Specialist, Order Management, CNS CHN
We are seeking a Specialist, Order Management to join our CNS Order Management CHN Team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order execution, ensuring customer CNS orders are accurately booked, processed, and delivered on time.
This position requires close collaboration with production, procurement, and logistics and MA teams to develop effective delivery plans using the right tools and techniques. The focus is on optimizing the flow of goods, information, and services to meet company goals for efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
This role is critical to supporting our business operations and reports directly to the Head of CNS Order Management CHN.

You will be part of a diverse and collaborative team of order management professionals located across the globe. Our mission is to streamline delivery processes, meet service level agreements, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Expediting coordination for sales orders.
- Sales order Backlog Monitoring and communication to different stakeholders.
- Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders.
- Communication of order changes to all stakeholders involved between Logistics, Master Data, Operative Purchasing, Availability Management, Production Unit and Customer Care teams.
- Other supply chain related exception tasks
- Other tasks assigned by team leader.
Who You Are
- 3 year experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, customer care or other.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
- Related degree, certification, and technical abilities.
- Experience working in the mining, engineering, or construction related industry is a plus.
- Understanding of global logistics network is a plus.
- Language skills (written): English
- Familiarity with ERP/integrated system (SAP is preferred)
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under stress and meet the deadlines.

- Capability of effectively and accurately working on several tasks at one time, and organizing, prioritizing tasks, decision making, and working in a fast-paced environment
