Are you a commercially driven sourcing professional ready to lead global sourcing strategies and deliver real cost impact without compromising quality?

We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting our Manufacturing Operations by developing global sourcing strategies, leading a high‑performing sourcing team, and driving value across our supply base.

What you’ll do:

Lead end‑to‑end strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across key commodities
Deliver measurable cost savings and challenge supplier cost increases
Manage and develop a KPI‑driven sourcing team across multiple sites
Build strong, ethical supplier partnerships while mitigating risk
Support major projects and collaborate globally (US, Canada, India & China)

What we’re looking for:

Strong end‑to‑end procurement and negotiation expertise
Proven cost‑reduction track record in an engineering or manufacturing environment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
A confident leader with excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
Results‑focused, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
