Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Painter to be responsible for surface treatment, painting, and quality control of products. This role requires proficiency in painting processes and techniques to ensure the quality and consistency of surface coatings.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform surface preparation tasks, including sanding, cleaning, and masking, to ensure surfaces meet painting requirements;
2. Accurately mix paint and thinner according to technical standards, control film thickness, and ensure uniform coating quality;
3. Operate painting equipment (e.g., paint spray guns) and auxiliary tools (e.g., angle grinders) to complete high-quality painting tasks;
4. Conduct drying processes for workpieces requiring curing, monitor parameters such as temperature and time, and ensure proper coating curing;
5. Manage quality control during the painting process, identify and resolve common defects such as sagging, orange peel, cracking, and poor adhesion;
6. Assist with assembly, rework, or other related tasks in the workshop during periods of low painting demand, primarily focusing on touch-up painting for complete equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial painting or related fields, with a strong understanding of surface treatment and painting processes;
2. Technical school diploma or higher, preferably in chemistry, mechanical engineering, or related fields;
3. Proficient in operating painting equipment and tools (e.g., spray guns, angle grinders) and capable of independently completing painting tasks;
4. Familiar with common paint types (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane) and their mixing methods, with knowledge of coating defect causes and solutions;
5. Strong quality awareness and ability to strictly adhere to technical standards;
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a workshop environment.
