Logistics Specialist main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To ensure goods are shipped on time for both ocean freight and air freight. Responding to logistics process & documentation preparation & system TMS maintenance. Communicate with METSO internal & external stackholders to drive on-time-delivery.
- To manage domestic transportation integrity that enhance customer satisfaction. Enable to support off-duty & holidays for emergency cases.
- To apply freight invoices base on METSO finance guideline.
- To execute business in compliance.
- To collaborate 3PLs performance with global logistics management. Improve 3PLs service level continually.
- To implement transportation system and related tools in METSO visibility blueprint.
- To complete tasks assigned by team leader temporary.
