We’re looking for Transformation and Communications Manager to join the Digital business organization within the Aggregates segment. In this role, you will spearhead change management and communication strategies to support our digital business growth in the market. You will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of new products and services, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring clear, impactful communication to internal and external audiences.

 
This position is mainly located in Tampere, Finland, but the location is flexible as the most important aspect is a great match for this position, and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

What you’ll do

•    Develop and implement change management strategies to support digital transformation within the aggregates segment.  
•    Lead internal and external communications related to digital products and services, crafting compelling messages for diverse stakeholders, including employees, clients, and partners.  
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital business goals with organizational objectives.  
•    Drive employee engagement and related programs to build digital literacy and support cultural change.  
•    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives and communication campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.  
•    Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate innovative digital solutions and communication practices.

Who you are

•    You are experienced, entrepreneur -style change manager who’s driven by new business development and modern technologies to enable that.
•    In the complex world, you can be the one to create clarity towards the stakeholders by applying systematic approach towards the change.
•    You have a proven track record of leading change and managing stakeholder communications in a complex environment.  
•    Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and trends relevant to the industry.  
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.  
•    You can convey messages effectively through verbal communication and presentations.
