As a Trainee – Factory Controller, you will:
- Perform factory financial month-end closing activities
- Prepare and analyze plant KPIs on a monthly basis
- Prepare and update rolling monthly forecasts (P&L)
- Prepare monthly review presentations for management meetings
- Control and analyze inventory
- Manage product costing and provide insights on cost development
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analyses for management as needed
- Follow up on investments
- Maintain and develop factory Power BI reports
- Play a critical role in ensuring accurate, up-to-date financial data is available to support informed decision-making by the factory management team
Who you are
- Recently graduated or close to graduation from Industrial Engineering and Management or Business Administration
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Experience in supply chain operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SAP and Power BI is a plus
- Good communication skills in English and Finnish, both written and spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to start working already in March

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
