As a Summer Trainee – Lokotrack Product Management in Tampere you will:

Work in our business & product management team assisting Lokotrack product managers on their daily tasks
Prepare marketing and sales support materials for our products
Assist in different analysis related to markets, competitors, product value and pricing
Help with customer requests and feedback as well as support on hosting customer visits

Who you are

A higher degree study background in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business
Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of SAP, Power BI, CAD design tools (such as NX Teamcenter), or Salesforce is considered an advantage
A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic
Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role
A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong written and spoken Finnish and English skills are required; proficiency in other languages is an advantage

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at or recently graduated from an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
