As a Summer Trainee – Warranty Engineer, you will:

• You will receive and coordinate warranty claims originating globally from the distributor network and local sales channels.
• Assign and drive for preventive actions and improvements based on the claims.
• Manage the crediting and Invoicing process.
• Participate in developing warranty handling tools, reporting, methods, and training.    

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in Engineering.
• Interest in learning to identify failure mechanisms and causal connections.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
• Customer service attitude.
• Understanding of SAP ERP and IT tools. Salesforce knowledge is an asset.  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
