Introduction

 

We are seeking for summer trainees to join our global Standard Crusher Spares team.

 

As a Summer Trainee – Standard Crusher Spares you will be responsible for supporting the Product Managers and Product Specialists in their daily tasks whilst having the opportunity to familiarize yourself with aftermarket business and products. Your role plays a crucial part in helping to serve our customers promptly with part identification and part availability-related inquiries.

 

These positions are mainly located in Tampere, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

 

What you’ll do

 

  • Monitoring and solving daily stakeholder requests from the group's email inbox 
  • Parts identification support for stakeholders via PDM system for relevant product range 
  • Parts technical data clean up and development
  • Technical pricing group identification for parts
  • Help with marketing activities within the CSP & Standard Crusher Spares group
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties and/or other special projects as required


Who you are

 

  • Positive attitude and Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
  • A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks
  • Combined technical and business mindset 
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Finnish and English is mandatory
  • Experience with the SAP S/4 ERP system is a plus

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

 

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
