As a Summer Trainee, Sourcing, Tampere, you will:​ 

• Support the sourcing team in daily activities
• Collect RFQ materials
• Cost analysis
• Expediting Purchase Orders
• Support project management and the Engineering team

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as Business, Industrial Engineering and Management, Customer Experience (CX), Data Management,
• A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge in SAP, Power BI, CAD design tools (Microstation/Autocad, etc.), is seen as an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Good written and spoken English skills

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
