Introduction

As a Summer Trainee – Research Tampere, you will:​ 

Work with some of the following tasks: Rock testing, screen analysis, and other tests at the Tampere research center rock laboratory. You will also analyze the results and report them to different systems.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in, for example, materials science and engineering, civil engineering, or environmental engineering.
• A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work.
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.​
• An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
• Good skills in MS Office tools.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
