Introduction

As a Summer Trainee – Product Management Lokotrack in the Aggregates Lokotrack Solutions Product Management in Tampere you will:  

• Work in our product management and business team assisting Lokotrack product managers on their tasks.
• Prepare marketing and support materials for our products and assist with customer requests and feedback like product bulletins.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Management, or Business.
• A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, Jira, Miro, 3D-modeling, CAD design tools (NX Teamcenter), Salesforce, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in Finnish and English, other languages are seen as an advantage.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at or recently graduated from an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
