Metso Academy is the hub of learning, training, and professional development across various disciplines at Metso. We develop and manage training programs globally to our internal colleagues, distributors, business partners and customers. We are looking for three summer trainees for training content development and document management related roles.

As a Summer Trainee – Metso Academy, you will:​ 

• Produce engaging training content with experts for different types of training, such as: eLearning, videos, training presentations and practical training
• Participate in development projects and tasks related to standardizing and migration of training materials

Who you are

• Studying in suitable higher education field (for example engineering, business development, marketing,..) You can be in the early stages of your studies 
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role
• Curiosity towards Metso business and technologies as well as training services
• Good skills in MS Office tools
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively 
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience on creating training contents, visual presentations or producing videos are seen an advantage

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
