We are now looking for Summer Trainees to various Mechanical Engineering tasks in Tampere, Finland. 

As a Summer Trainee in Mechanical Engineering, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work on product development tasks, including mechanical design and 3D modeling of components and assemblies.
• Create manufacturing, assembly, and installation documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and timelines.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Conduct research and analysis to support innovative design solutions.

Who you are

• A higher degree study background in a technical field, e.g., Machine Designing or Product Development.
• Proactive approach to work and communication with a positive attitude and great work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed with a customer-focused, innovative mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also independently handling certain tasks.
• Experience in 3D design is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Finnish.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2065-2875 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
