Introduction

As a Summer Trainee – Global Quotation Support, Crusher Spares, you will:

Process Global Quotation Support (GQS) requests that are entered through Salesforce.
Review and make fast decisions if the requests can be completed or if those need to be assigned to another team within the extended support group.
Use SAP and other tools to gather information and determine how the requests should be handled.
Estimate costs and prices of crusher spare parts based on given guidelines
Establish supply lanes and calculate lead times
Work together with internal stakeholders including Crusher Spares Product Groups, Tactical Sourcing, Master Data and Quotation & Order Management

Who you are

A higher degree study background in fields such as Business, Industrial Engineering and Management etc.
Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
Fluent written and spoken skills in English.
Knowledge of SAP, PDM (Product Data Management) systems and Salesforce is seen as an advantage

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
