Introduction

As Summer Trainee, Global Order Specialist you will: 

• Expedite coordination for sales orders.
• Monitor sales order backlog and handle communication to different market areas.
• Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders.
• Communicate order changes to all stakeholders involved between Logistics, Master Data, Operative Purchasing, Availability Management, Production Unit and Customer Care teams.
• Other tasks related to supply chain, as well as tasks assigned by team leader. 

 
Who you are

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing, customer care or similar
• Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
• An understanding of global logistics network is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/integrated system (SAP is preferred)

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
