Introduction

As Summer Trainee, Global Order Operations, you will work with some of the following tasks:

• Work for defined sales order and purchase order changes after orders are entered which includes removal of delivery blocks, order cancellations, supplier delay changes and monitoring intercompany transactions.
• Sales order backlog monitoring for a defined scope of orders
• Order changes to sales orders and purchase orders
• Expediting coordination for all sales orders in scope
• Communication of order changes in Market Area Sales
• Communication between various global stakeholders in logistics, master data, operative purchasing, and availability management
• Additionally, you will get to know the SAP Sales&Distribution processes and familiarize yourself with the work in the ticketing tool (Salesforce) and various other tools

 
Who you are

• A higher degree study background for example in Business or Engineering is preferred
• Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed
• An ability to work as part of a global team, while also working independently on certain tasks
• Good skills in MS Office tools, also SAP ERP preferred
• Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively
• Good communication skills in English
• Understanding of Global Supply Chain Management and Global Logistics Network is a benefit

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
