As a Summer Trainee - Global Order Management you will:
- Provide essential operational support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate orders and delivery processes to get the right equipment to the customer at the right time.
- Receive orders and verify the clarity of them.
- Execute the order process within our ERP system and communicate with our global manufacturing units.
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in, e.g., International Business, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Work experience in customer service - supply chain or order management experience is seen as an advantage
- Good skills in MS Office tools – SAP, Salesforce or other ERP system experience is considered as an advantage
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English are required
- Eager to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role
- An ability to work as part of a team while also being able to work independently, taking ownership of driving certain tasks proactively
- You have a customer-focused and innovative mindset and problem-solving skills, positive attitude and great work ethic

An exciting position in the Global Order Management (GOM) Central team of Metso's Aggregates Business Area. You will get a chance to work with professionals of the local Tampere team, where your team will support your growth. You will learn more about customer service, prioritization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Our team has 13 effective and professional members who all work in Tampere. We are used to new situations and sudden changes. We welcome new team members warmheartedly; many of our summer trainees continue working with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
