As a Summer Trainee – Global Logistics Coordinator, you will:

Arrange global transport for oversized and in-gauge cargo
Handle a wide variety of documents (e.g., transport, customs, financing)
Communicate with customers and provide excellent service
Manage order invoicing and supplier invoices
Prepare transport price quotations

Who you are

A study background in for example Logistics, International Business, Customer Experience (CX)
Good communication skills and knowledge of English are a must, knowledge of Finnish, Hindi and other languages are considered as a plus
A positive and spontaneous can-do mindset and a proactive approach to work
Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.
A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools, SAP (SD module) experience is highly appreciated

Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
