Introduction

As Summer Trainee, DMO Tech Support, Quote and Order you will work with some of the following tasks: 

• Act as an in-house technical support for the DMO (Distribution Management Organization) – Quote and Order Management Team and Distribution.
• Perform necessary functions to ensure customer satisfaction with Aftermarket Parts orders.
• Technical support, technical clarifications, product definition and guidance to Metso customers and distributors as well as internal team-members.
• Investigative work supports customers’ inquiries, proposals and orders. 

 
Who you are

• A higher degree study background in fields such as Engineering, Process Technology, Automation, Business, Industrial Engineering and Management.
• A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
• A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge in SAP, CAD design tools (MicroStation/AutoCAD etc.), Salesforce, and engineering drawings is seen as an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially in Outlook, Excel.
• Fluent written and spoken skills in English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
