As a Summer Trainee – Crusher Wears Product Engineering & RTD, you will:
- Create 3D models and manufacturing drawings in NX
- Help evaluating wear profiles of used wear parts and compile wear reports
- Take part in product development for RTD & customer cases
- Provide feedback to technical enquiries
Who you are
- A higher degree study background in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- A positive and proactive can-do mindset with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn, develop, and succeed in the role.
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid basic skills with CAD software, particularly AutoCad and NX. Skills from Inventor or SolidWorks translate well.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Fluent written and spoken skills in English. Finnish is also useful in many tasks.

Many of our summer trainees continue their employment with us part-time, full-time, or with their thesis after the summer.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.
Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
