We are seeking a Quote and Order Management Specialist to join our DMO Aftermarket Operational Excellence team. You will be responsible for the distributors’ quote to delivery process, which involves, for example, item identification, creating quotations and orders, as well as managing order backlog. Your role plays a crucial part in aftermarket operational support, which will positively impact distributor experience and satisfaction. In this position, you will report to the Manager, Quote and Order Management.

This is a temporary 12-month position, and it is located in Tampere, Finland.  

Team you belong to  

You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing timely support for our distributor network's wear and spare needs within EMEA. We are currently building an agile operational team within DMO and rearranging the roles and responsibilities.

We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as distributors, distributor managers, logistics, and purchasing. Our team culture is all about working together to find quick and accurate solutions and keeping our customers at the center. The members of our team are located in Tampere, Finland.
 

What you’ll do  

• Be responsible for the complete quote and order process for the nominated distributors.
• Take ownership of developing good relationships with your daily contacts.
• Solve distributors’ daily problems regarding wear and spares, such as item identification, finding alternative solutions, and expediting requests.
• Manage order backlog.
• Communicate actively with different stakeholders.

Who you are  

• You have a relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or business.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Finnish.
• You can make quick actions and decisions independently.

Previous experience in B2B customer service and/or technical support is seen as an asset.
