We are seeking a QA lead to join our Aggregates digital technology development team. You will be responsible for Quality Assurance of the digital solutions, like digital channel, eCommerce, fleet management, and intelligent crushing. Your role plays a crucial part in ensuring the premium quality of our digital solutions. In this position, you will report to Jaakko Palokangas, Director, Digital Technology Development.
This position is located in Tampere or Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements within Finland, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You will join a team of software developers dedicated to developing the best digital customer experience in the Aggregates industry. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as business owners in Metso, distributors, and end users in the Aggregates industry. Our team culture is all about looking for ways to improve product and team performance in a measurable way and supporting team members, colleagues, and customers over individual performance. The members in our team are in Tampere and Espoo.
What you’ll do
- Quality Assurance activities for Aggregates digital solutions, like digital channel and eCommerce, intelligent crushing, and fleet management.
- Lead by example as an individual contributor. This is not a line manager position.
- Continuously improving quality assurance practices for the Aggregates digital development
Who you are
- Experience and proven results in assuring the quality of digital solutions
- Knowledge of the best and latest test and backlog management practices and tools
- Insight into test automation and related tools like Robot Framework
- Understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools
- Previous experience from working with off-road machinery and Salesforce is seen as an asset
- Self-organized and capable of working autonomously.
- Good communication and collaboration skills
