Introduction

As a Summer Trainee – Marketing, Aggregates Segment, you will: 

Update materials and content to our marketing and sales tools
Engage in social media content creation (image, text, video edits)
Conduct a distributor marketing survey
Assist our distributors in their marketing material requests and needs.
Support the Aggregates segment marketing team in daily marketing activities.

Who you are

A higher degree study background in areas such as Marketing, Business Administration or Communications

Positive attitude and great work ethic

Eagerness to learn more, develop, and succeed in the role.

A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills

An ability to work as part of a team, while also working independently on certain tasks.
Good skills in MS Office tools, experience with video filming / editing or Salesforce/Marketing Cloud is appreciated.
Ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and projects and drive them proactively. 
Fluent communication in spoken and written English.

The expected monthly salary for our full-time trainee roles is between 2130-2970 euros per month. The exact monthly salary for each role is based on the candidate's number of completed academic credits and job location.

Our Summer Trainee positions are primarily targeted at students currently studying at, or recently graduated from, an educational institution in Finland, as well as Finnish students pursuing their studies abroad. Please note that we are unable to provide work permits or relocation services for these positions.
