We are seeking a digitally savvy Marketing Manager to join our Distribution Management Organization (DMO) team. You will be responsible for driving distributor-led marketing initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region and supporting global digital marketing development, which involves managing Marketing Cloud campaigns, coordinating and developing social and display advertising, and enhancing the content of our distributor portal. Your role plays a crucial part in elevating the digital maturity of our partner ecosystem, which will contribute to improved brand consistency, campaign performance, and business growth across markets.
In this position, you will report to the VP, Asia Pacific, with a matrix reporting line to the Director, Metso Brand and DMO.
This position is mainly located in Tampere or Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
Team you belong to
You’ll join the Distribution Management Organization (DMO) within the Aggregates Segment, working closely with the regional Asia Pacific team, distributor partners, and Metso’s global marketing and brand teams. You'll report to the VP, Asia Pacific, with a dotted line to the Director, Metso Brand and DMO, and collaborate cross-functionally with digital, communications, and product marketing teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead marketing support for distributor partners across Asia-Pacific, ensuring brand consistency and business alignment
- Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (social, display, email) in collaboration with internal and distributor teams
- Champion and evolve our use of Marketing Cloud and other MarTech tools to enable scalable, data-driven partner marketing
- Manage and curate the global Distributor Portal to ensure it supports campaign execution, sales enablement, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute regional and global marketing events, trainings, and digital activations
- Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs to optimize strategy and guide distributor engagement
- Support local teams in building digital capabilities and applying best practices
- Coordinate communications and campaign assets across multiple stakeholders and regions
Who you are
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably in channel/distributor marketing, digital campaign management, or a global matrix organization
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including Marketing Cloud, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
- Strong project management skills; capable of running multiple initiatives in parallel
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in English
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
